Payment:
Payment is required in full upon ordering.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Processing is done through Stripe, a secure e-commerce payment gateway service provider.
The description of your charge on your Card Statement will appear as Jordanwood

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax on all items purchased with a Florida address.  See our complete Sales Tax Policy. 

Shipping Policy:
Wendt & Kühn Figurine Orders of $60.00 or more qualify for Free Shipping for all U.S. deliveries.

Unless noted at the individual product level, we attempt to ship all orders within 24 – 48 business hours of order receipt.
If you have special delivery or time constraints, please notify us (in the notes section of your order) of your requirements when placing your order, , and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Our Standard Shipping for all US deliveries is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Return Policy:
Return of Damaged Product:
Immediately Contact Us or call or text us at +1(530)559-6680 for return instructions.  Damaged product must be identified within 48 hours of receipt.  Be sure to retain the original shipping container and material.  For insurance purposes these shipping/packing materials must be returned with the damaged product(s). Also be sure your shipment is insured. Upon receipt of your damaged product(s) a replacement product(s) will be shipped.
Return of Non-Damaged Product:
Returns are allowed within seven days of product receipt.  All non-damaged product returns require a 15% restocking fee.  Contact Us or call or text us at +1(530)559-6680 for a return authorization number.  You may return the merchandise via U.S. Mail or by common carrier.  In the return please include a copy of your receipt.  In addition the returned product must be undamaged and unused.  Please be sure your shipment is insured.  A check or credit card refund for the amount of the product(s) less restocking fee will be issued once the return is received.
